The “User limit” error message means that you have exceeded the allocated license for your use. 

You’ll be able to access the resource by logging out from your previous device or try logging back-in after the 20-minute idle timeout.

To manage the sessions, an automatic 20-minute idle timeout was built into the system that will end inactive sessions and free-up the license, thereby allowing access to eMIMSplus/eMIMSelite.
