Cause: DBLIST32.OCX is not correct

Solution:

• Rename the file DBLIST32.OCX to any name (ie: DBLIST_.OCX or _DBLIST.OCX etc) . This file is normally located on C:\WINDOWS\system32 depending of what version of Windows the user is using. You may also ask the user to do a search to find this file.
• Then run \UTIL\SYS\SetupB.EXE
