Issue:

You have increased the number of users on your subscription and have given a new CD Key. eMIMS is installed via a server and would like to update the CD key for the new number of licensed user to take effect

Solution:

Ensure that eMIMS is not running on any client machines.
Go to the eMIMS folder in the server, right click on EMIMS.LIC and open it with Notepad.
Change the CDKey. For example:

Name=MIMS Australia

CDKey=<insert new CD key here>

Save it and close EMIMS.LIC
If needed, install eMIMS on additional computer(s) by running setup.exe from the server eMIMS folder
