To access the FTP site, follow the steps below

1. In your web browser address bar, type the Internet address ftp://ftp.mims.com.au)
   • then press ENTER
2. You should then be prompted for a user name and password
   • Enter the details sent to you in a previous email from MIMS
3. The FTP site will open in your browser window.
4. • In this window, you can do one or more of the following:
     1. To open a file or folder, simply click it
     2. To download a file or folder, right-click it, and then click Save Target As
5. If you were not prompted with a login, then click the File menu, and then click Login As
   • Then enter the supplied User name and password
6. You can also login directly by typing the following in the browser address bar
   • ftp://suppliedusername:suppliedpassword@ftp.mims.com.au
7. If you have IE 7 or later, you can also open the site in a Windows Explorer window.
   1. To open the site in this way, click the Page button, and then click Open FTP site in Windows Explorer.
   2. In the new window, do one of the following:
      • To download a file or folder, right-click it, and then click Copy to Folder
      • To log on as a different user, click the File menu, and then click Login As
      • To rename or delete items in an FTP folder, or paste items into an FTP site (upload), use the same methods you use with Windows Explorer or My Computer
