Disk Updates:

• A new DVD is released three times a year in April, August, and December
• The DVD will be sent to current subscribers by post (disks are not be available on our website to download)

Internet Updates:

• Internet updates are available every month in-between DVD release from the MIMS website. An email is sent to current subscribers when they become available.
